First, we talk.
Book a call, I genuine love to know about every business.
What's working. What's frustrating you. What's being neglected. What you're trying to achieve, and what keeps landing back on your desk.
You don't need to know exactly what support you need before we speak.
That's partly the point of the conversation.
Then, I look at where I'm needed.
I'll ask questions, be curious and try to understand what's actually happening behind the scenes.
If I think I can help, I'll recommend where I believe my time would be best spent.
We agree what makes sense.
That could be ongoing monthly support, a specific project or a combination of both.
No off-the-shelf packages.
No paying for things you don't need.
Then I get involved.
This is where I thrive! I love getting involved in the nitty gritty and truly making a difference to the business and to the headspace of the owners/management.
I can work remotely, on-site or as part of a hybrid arrangement depending on the business and the work.
